I'm almost done with body ribbing for my sweater, but I took a few days rest coz I'v been sick for a few days now
my neck an shoulders muscles is hurting me, I had a flu plus been exposed to cold wind sometimes while wearing summer clothes in home and sweatting after house work , to me it's the main reason for muscles pain , so it's not just knitting
I want to finish it so much but in the same time don't wanna hurt myself more , so I'm knitting 3 or 4 rows every time, but I'm better now , can't wait to be fully ok from the flu and start keto diet , and be healthy all the time inshaallah
