Kitchener stitch

You should understand it and then it will be incredible easy , basically every stitch must have knit and purl stitch in it , so the front needle have purl then knit , the back needle have knit then purl , so the first two stitches FN purl and leave it and BN knit and leave it , then start your repeat , FN knit off needle and purl the next and leave it , BN purl off the needle and knit the next abd leave it ( knit off purl , purl off knit) and the last two stitches , FN knit off, BN purl off , once you understand the concept you will never look to the instructions and just do it while watching TV
