Knitting is innocent

Finally I know what exactly I infected by

I'm infected by cervical spondylosis

It because of looking dawn all the time because  I have to look through my eye glasses

Cooking, knitting, sewing, drowing patterns, even using the mobile  , all the time

That is what wrong with me

And it is not in my right side any more, no it now infected my left hand too, it start to be series .

Allah be with me , I'm still missing knitting so much, and not just want to but I have to sew a lot of clothes for my marriage which could be any day now

Going to the gym really helped me with my hand pain

And I fiugerd out that my upper bady is so weak more than I imagined

Even sewing a knit piece is so much fun than sewing a fabric 

Today I need to knit

My hand and arm deos not hurt me
